Ohio Business Law Attorney

Thomas E. Puffenberger began his legal career at Gressley, Kaplin & Parker, LLP as a full-time clerk in 2003 while attending the University of Toledo College of Law. Mr. Puffenberger received his Bachelors of Science in Accounting in 2002 from Heidelberg University in Tiffin, Ohio and JD from the University of Toledo in 2006.  Mr. Puffenberger then joined the firm of Gressley, Kaplin & Parker practicing in the areas of Commercial Real Estate, Business Acquisitions, Estate Planning and Landlord/Tenant Law, with a concentration in Ohio Manufactured Home Law.  He is the current President of the Toledo Chapter of the Ohio Manufactured Home Association provides legal counsel to over 40 manufactured home communities throughout Ohio.  He is also a longtime member of the Toledo Bar Association and Ohio Bar Association.  In his spare time Mr. Puffenberger enjoys playing acoustic guitar, fishing and spending time with his wife and two daughters, Ayden and Addison.
